Vendor Terms of Service

  1. Introduction

Welcome to MC Shop, an online digital marketplace. These Vendor Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your relationship with MC Shop as a vendor on our platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

  1. Vendor Approval

Vendors are required to apply for approval before listing products on MC Shop. We reserve the right to approve or reject vendors based on our criteria. Once approved, vendors may upload and sell digital products on our platform.

  1. Commission Structure

For each successful sale made through MC Shop, vendors retain a 75% commission on every sale. This 25% fee covers the use of the platform, transaction processing, and other related services.

  1. Product Uploads

Vendors are responsible for accurately describing and categorizing their products. Any false or misleading information may result in the removal of the product and potential termination of the vendor's account.

  1. Customer Service Etiquette

Vendors are required to adhere to high standards of customer service. This includes prompt response to customer inquiries, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Failure to meet these standards may result in penalties, including account suspension or termination.

  1. Payment and Payouts

Payments for product sales will be processed through MC Shops payment gateways. Payouts to vendors will be made via PayPal automictically after a order has been fulfilled, MC-Shop holds no responsibility for funds that cannot be received due to vendors either lacking a PayPal account or encountering PayPal issues.

  1. Intellectual Property

Vendors represent and warrant that they have the right to sell the products they upload to MC Shop. Any infringement of intellectual property rights may result in the removal of the product and termination of the vendor's account.

  1. Termination

MC Shop reserves the right to terminate a vendor's account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason deemed necessary by MC Shop.

  1. Changes to Terms

MC Shop reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Vendors will be notified of changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Louisiana. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Louisiana. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions outlined herein.
