Order Information
The order information page shows customer information, order status as well as earnings on that sale.
Tracking information is not required and we ask you do not attempt to supply any. Once the order has passed all checks and the payment has been successful, the back-office will send your customer an email with the download link attached. The order status page on Shopify will update shortly after with an available download link.
Please allow for a minimum of 15 minutes for the digital files to be ready and sent to your customer, this may take longer on the initial sale of the product.
