⚙️Upload a Product

This guide will assist you in using the MC Shop Webkul Vendor platform to start selling.

Before you can fully access the vendor dashboard and upload products, your account will go through manual verification by our team. Please allow 24-72 hours for this process!

Product Requirements

The maximum upload limit per product is 100MB.

🏠 For Builds

• Submit a minimum of 1 product image card and showcase 10 in-game screenshots for the build.

• Ensure all relevant filters are accurately selected or filled out during the product upload process.

• Specify the correct version for the build.

• Provide a comprehensive product description containing all pertinent details.

• Product download file.

🧍For Models:

• Submit a minimum of 1 product image card and at least 1 high-quality picture highlighting each model.

• Ensure all necessary filters are accurately selected or filled out during the product upload process.

• Choose the appropriate model type in the filters.

• Provide a comprehensive product description containing all pertinent details.

• Product download file.

🎨 For Graphics:

• Submit at least 1 product image card and a minimum of 1 picture showcasing each graphic (if separate graphics are involved).

• Ensure all relevant filters are accurately selected or filled out during the product upload process.

• Choose the appropriate model type in the filters.

• Provide a comprehensive product description containing all pertinent details.

• Product download file.

Instructions

Visit the Webkul Vendor Dashboard and navigate to Products. On this screen you will have an overview of all your vendor products for sale.

Click 'Add Product'.

Please populate all the necessary product info, adhering to the above requirements, including the upload of a digital download file.

Please leave Number of Accessible Days & Number of Downloads at their default values.

Collections

Your product must fall into one of the three collections MC Shop offers:

• Builds

• Models

• Graphics

This field is required and must be selected in order to submit a product.

Custom Fields

Custom Fields - also known as metafields in Shopify - allow vendors to apply additional information to the product.

Some fields won't apply to your product, only the fields marked required are globally shared and must be entered in order for proper indexing of your product!

These field will only apply if your product falls under Builds:

• Build Type - choose the best filter that applies to your product.

• Minecraft Version - this field will apply if your product is only useable on a specific Minecraft Version. If no version lock-in, please leave empty.

These field will only apply if your product falls under Models:

• Model Type - Choose which filter best describes your model.

• Model File Format - Choose the file format your models are made with here.

• Models Implemented with - If your models come with a config, or are made for a certain plugin for implementation, please specify that here. If model has not been tested choose "Not tested"

These field will only apply if your product falls under Graphics:

• Graphics Type - Choose which filter best describes your graphic.

• Graphic Style - Choose which style best describes your graphic.

The following Fields are used to apply additional information to your product on the storefront:

• Summary - a short paragraph (1-2 sentences) describing the product. Keep it short, this is displayed on product cards!

• 3D Embed - Here you can add a sketch fab embed for clients to view directly on site. See below on how to get your embed link from your sketch fab account:

When on your SketchFab model link, copy the page URL, it will look something like:

When changes are saved, your sketch fab model embed will appear on your product page:

NB: If your 3D Embed is using iframe code instead of a URL value, please update to the URL based value to avoid future issues.
